LEAP Care Exhibition @ Eldex Asia 2022

Quantum Leap Incorporation had showcased our LEAP Care eldercare monitoring system on 27-28 October 2022 at Eldex Asia 2022, in Suntec Convention Centre. Our Team is thankful and grateful to Nanyang Polytechnic for the invitation of the opportunity to showcase our solution together with 12 industry partners to offer all the visitors an immersive experience that they won’t forget. These two days of exhibition were designed to broaden the consumers’ knowledge and heighten their awareness of how to age better and safer.

𝐄𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐗 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚 is the only event in the Asia Pacific that covers a comprehensive spectrum of eldercare. Various innovative eldercare services, products, technologies and more will be present at the exhibition for visiting professional caregivers, doctors, nurses, therapists and the general public.

In Singapore, statistics has shown that 30,000 of the seniors stay alone. This number will increase to 60,000 by 2030, these numbers do not include those that their children are not staying with them. So as seniors get older, they get weaker, they are vulnerable to falling down and getting into an accident at home.

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗣 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 provide 24/7 monitoring, vital sign & fall detection and dementia care management with the use of advanced technologies. Virtual monitoring with the use of sensors and artificial intelligence technology provides a non-invasive way to take care of the seniors staying alone.

On the other hand, giving the caregivers a peace of mind to work and get on with their social life is important for their financial and mental health.

In a nutshell, LEAP Care provided a proven, practical and cost effective, design and build solution to support a futuristic and smart environment for seniors. We demonstrated how we use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to help remotely monitor the elderly with non-invasive methods and how our technology can assist the caregivers of dementia elderly to get back to their normal social life again, which is important for their financial and mental health.
