PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Description


•    Provide full range of support to MD’s daily work 
•    Diary management such as meeting and event scheduling
•    Regularly update and maintain business contacts for MD
•    Attend meetings with the MD, take minutes
•    Act as the communication centre for MD with other internal and external parties
•    Oversee office administration and operations matters
•    Ensure proper documentation, data entry and filing. Maintain and update all records promptly
•    Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the MD

Requirements


•    Diploma holders in Business administration / Business Management or equivalent. 
•    Good understanding of HR, finance and office administration
•    Good interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills, meticulous and detailed
•    Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•    Pro-active, motivated and cheerful individual who is not afraid of hardship and long hours
•    Fast learner who embraces new technologies
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
•    Fluent in English and Mandarin
•    At least two year of relevant experience
